We make every effort to ship product on the same day as the order is placed.
In the UK: Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your Accucover. Quite often, delivery is much sooner than this but sadly not something we can guarantee.
In Europe: Delivery is by Airmail and typically within 5 working days.
Rest of World: Delivery is by Airmail and typically within 6 working days but dependent on destination.
Standard UK Packaging and Postage is charged at £1.95 per Accucover. All Accucovers ordered online are despatched individually. For bulk orders please contact us for a quote.
European Packaging and Postage is charged at £2.45 per Accucover.
Worldwide Packaging and Postage is charged at £2.95 per Accucover.
We are unable to calculate any local taxes or duty that may be charged on these deliveries and are not liable for these costs. Your local customs authority may delay delivery of these goods pending payment of local taxes and duty by you. These delays are beyond our control.
We hope you are delighted with your order and the customer service provided. If, however, you have any reason to cancel your order or return your product, please let us know by emailing info@accuzero.com. We offer a no questions, full refund policy.When returning products, please ensure you use the returns slip provided and quote your order number. All products should be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. You will be liable for any packaging and postage charges and we recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product, please indicate in your email which product you wish to be delivered in exchange for the product returned. There is no further delivery charge for replacement items. Damaged Goods: On receipt of the returned product, a replacement product will be shipped. Customers will be reimbursed for the postage charges of returning the product. Cancellations: You can cancel your order at any time by emailing info@accuzero.com. If the order has already been shipped, simply return the product within 7 days for a full refund.
